Bookings must be made in writing via email, phone, or through our online booking system.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
All prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any cancellations or interruptions to your trip.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
Early check-in may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
Maximum Occupancy
The cabin is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of X guests.
Overcrowding is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Children of all ages are considered guests and must be included in the total occupancy.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the cabin.
Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and on the property.
Any evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $500.
Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees incurred during their stay.
The property owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever.
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events or circumstances.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and to keep noise levels to a minimum.
Housekeeping
The cabin will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
A mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
Linens and towels are provided.
